We had booked Martina for a survey on a property we were looking to buy, unfortunately we didn't end up completing the sale, however Martina was outstanding throughout the whole process and even took time to help us understand another survey report that we had booked

We solicited several surveyors to use for our proposed purchase. Through our interactions we decided to go with PDC based on Martina’s no pressure approach, her open and honest advice as well as her customer first attitude. We were not disappointed. I contacted PDC for a quote for a survey on a property I was interested in. From the beginning, Martina has been fantastic and couldn't do enough to help me! Whether it was talking me through the survey to ensure I fully understood its contents, or offering reassurance, the service has been exceptional. The survey and report were both extremely valuable when it came to negations, and decision making as Paddy makes sure that everything you need is detailed.
