I contacted PDC for a quote for a survey on a property I was interested in. From the beginning, Martina has been fantastic and couldn't do enough to help me! Whether it was talking me through the survey to ensure I fully understood its contents, or offering reassurance, the service has been exceptional. The survey and report were both extremely valuable when it came to negations, and decision making as Paddy makes sure that everything you need is detailed. PDC were recommended to me to undertake a survey of a house I am buying. The property is old so it was important to get a good survey. I am very happy with the survey I received, its really comprehensive, explained things clearly and I found the use of photos really helpful. The report raised some structural issues which I am exploring further and am really grateful that it was so comprehensive.
