Martina and Paddy are brilliant civil engineers with vast experience of property surveying. They had a thorough visual inspection and walked through with me explaining all their findings, as well as provided really helpful suggestions for future care and safety of the property.
They did a Homebuyer survey and provided a detailed Walkthrough inspection with defects report and photos.
Survey of my property was taken in April 2023, only posting the review now!

They did a great job inspecting a house I was looking to buy. They found major damp problems, real severe woodworm in the roof, and flagged that it was a non-standard Wimpey No-Fines construction. They were also happy to discuss everything over the phone, which was really helpful as I am ftb. Thanks to their thorough work, I decided to pull out of the purchase as the house had too many issues.

I will highly recommend PDC for your home buyer surveying needs. Very professional and will provide you with appropriate advice. After issuing surveyor report, Patrick spent an hour with me to alleviate a few of my concerns and advised a number of solutions. With this information, I pushed back to seller and got a few of those problems fixed.

Absolutely fantastic service from Paddy & Martina at PDC Chartered Surveyors. I’m purchasing an older property and wanted an in depth report on the house and they went above and beyond my expectations. Paddy met me on site and walked be round all his findings which is invaluable , being able to see defects in the flesh and having the probable causes explained. Everything was on time and really well organised and the report had a fantastic amount of depth and plenty of photographs. Martina was always on hand night and day to answer any questions I had and went out of her way to help. I’d highly recommend PDC Surveyors a 5 star service from start to finish.
