Unlike a traditional survey, where you wait for a report, an Insight-Onsite Survey puts you face-to-face with an expert on the day of the inspection.
You’ll walkthrough the property alongside a surveyor, discuss observations as they arise, and gain immediate insight into any issues that could affect your plans. We solicited several surveyors to use for our proposed purchase. I contacted PDC for a quote for a survey on a property I was interested in. From the beginning, Martina has been fantastic and couldn't do enough to help me! PDC were recommended to me to undertake a survey of a house I am buying. The property is old so it was important to get a good survey. I am very happy with the survey I received, its really comprehensive, explained things clearly and I found the use of photos really helpful. The report raised some structural issues which I am exploring further and am really grateful that it was so comprehensive.
